Website Launch Party

Thank you so much to everyone who helped out and participated in the event, especially to the Connie + 1. Thanks to Macha (www.machateahouse.com) for hosting, providing great food, and brewing the tea without asking me how to make the tea! A special thanks to Zhong Yi Kung Fu Association (www.zykfa.org) for the very exciting lion dance. Many more to mention, but I am sure you know who you are.

By far, the event was a great success reliving any doubt that the “tea” scene is well and alive. The event was all about Chandon Chic, but the focus was the tea. So many people were pleased with the different blends and the taste. My goal was medicinal tea that I tried to make taste as good as possible, but the fact that so many people (even coffee drinkers) liked the tea was very positive.
It was great to see so many people looking for local alternatives for their skin care needs. Importing is not getting any cheaper, so looking local for someone that truly cares about skin products, not profit, is a great idea.

I see more Chandon Chic events in the future for sure. Sipping, beautifying, educating, and sampling should be a fun and any ideas on making more exciting events possible are welcome. Did someone possibly mention a “Beautify and wine” party December 20th???? Stay tuned for details…
